Construction Management At Risk

Project Completion & Close Out Activities (Red Zone)

As your project enters the final stages, we implement our unique “Red Zone” process, which ensures an organized and methodical approach to completion. By proactively identifying field, completion, administrative, occupancy, commissioning, and close-out items well before the project’s occupancy, Primak Construction Group guarantees a successful Certainty of Outcome.
