Primak Construction Group (PCG) delivered a phased schedule following a groundbreaking in September 2024. The Scope of Work included ground-up construction and tied-in renovation, incorporating masonry, cast-in-place-concrete, structural steel, specially coating roofing systems, and fully integrated MEP systems.
The project marks the latest in a series of more than twenty projects completed with Primak Construction Group for the same client across its Arizona operations.
