Primak Construction Group (PCG) has “topped out” all four hangar buildings at the Falcon 12 Aviation Center at Falcon Field Airport, marking completion of the project’s structural framework and a major step forward in construction.
The 68,500-square-foot development sits on just over four acres in Falcon Field’s historic district and will include 12 aircraft hangars for lease, along with a 7,400-square-foot corporate office space that can be leased separately or with an adjacent hangar.
Located at the airport’s main entrance, the project is designed to reflect Falcon Field’s historic character while supporting ongoing growth. Completion is expected this summer.
